Asia Pacific Media Logo

Asia Pacific Media is a Christian media organization based out of the Philippines who works to share the gospel through the use of different types of digital media. I really like the concept of their logo as it fits exactly who they are. The wave on the left represents both media and movement. Both are captured here as a Wi-Fi-like symbol is moving through the Asia Pacific area, and the map of the Asia Pacific highlights the specific reach that this organization is going for. The concept is really very clever, and the designer pulled it off in a very effective way. The colors are simple, but they work fine, and the font complements the design. The design overall is well balanced, and though this is just one of many variants of the logo (varies depending on location and use), each one is properly proportioned. This logo is a great design that fits exactly what it needs to fit.
