š YOU KNOW WHO
š Kissing somewhere other than the lips ā George and Daniel
āThis one?ā āRough year. Wanted a reminder to keep my head up ā always something good coming, just gotta keep going.ā George nods and brushes his lips over the shine on inked neatly just above the inside of Danielās elbow. They should get up and go for a run, probably, but thereās not much incentive when Danielās lying beside him, left arm outstretched, the other hand tucked behind his head on the pillow as he watches George work his way along. āHow about this one?ā

12. fic you want everyone to study in a literature class? answered by @lydia-petze:
Even A Mouse by @ficster28 is a gen His Dark Materials AU. Charles's daemon settles as a mouse. I could gush about this fic for hours, but suffice to say the symbolism, of the mouse and that of other daemons, is intentional. This fic draws on some well known fables and archetypes, and carries a very dark theme about sacrifice in motorsport.
16. femslash shoutout? answered by @boxboxbrioche:
treat with care by @leclercenjoyer (E, 5k, Charles/Pierre). I love everything about this fic ā¤ļø It is - of course - red hot and sexy, but it is also achingly tender, and speaks to the depth of love between Charles and Pierre. just a stunning story that explores the beauty of female friendships, trust, and the intimacy of being with your best friend.
#5, Fernando, Nico Rosberg, Mark Webber
5. go on a six hour road trip with (no car radio, you choose who drives), sit next to on a six hour plane flight, sit across from on a six hour train journey
AW SHIT, HERE WE GO AGAIN
So first of all, these options you've given me are rude.
The idea of spending six unbroken hours with Fernando Alonso in close proximity makes me understand why David Coulthard didn't want to go camping with him in the next tent. What are we going to talk about? What is he THINKING?
That being said.
Fernando: Six hour road trip. I AM DRIVING. I AM DRIVING. I CNANOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. We are road-tripping across Spain, and we've shared a carafe of wine over a light but lengthy lunch. As we get going again (I am driving) I grill him gently on his wild F1 youth and find out all the dirty details about the 2000s paddock and Jenson Button's sexual escapades and what the hell was going on with Mark Webber. Then he takes a siesta.
Nico: Six hour flight! It's his private jet. As I board, a flight attendant hands me a hot towel to wash my hands and a monogrammed robe. I sit down next to Nico and he opens a small fridge across from our plush, wide seats. It's full of champagne and face masks. We do skincare and get increasingly tipsy. Every hour, a flight attendant comes by to mist the air so that our nostrils don't get too dry. Nico and I try some perfume samples. At hour three, a masseuse comes out of the back of the plane to give us foot rubs. It is the most relaxing experience of my life.
Mark: Six hour train journey. Another six hour train journey with a leggy brunette. We are suffering. Our legs are so long. Why don't we sit diagonally from each other? It's too late ā and we both want to look out the window. Our ankles touch. He chuckles. "Whoops ā I'm married to a lady, you know," he says. I nod. Two hours in, he cracks. "So I heard you took a road trip with Fernando. Well, I wouldn't want to be hanging out with him, uh, privately. But what did you talk about?" I demur ā I'm a lady too, after all...
ā Tali!
Summer Tali is the worst kind of J. Crew, Sperrys-wearing New England nonsense, and I love it

Your scent enrichment video with Kaiju is so cute! Do you know if mint or basil like you mentioned are safe for cresties and leos? My friend also noticed that her crestie is interested in the smell of vinegar, though I'm not sure of the best way to deliver that, maybe a few drops on some crumpled paper towel?
Yup! Totally safe. In fact, I actually gave two of my leos mint leaves tonight. They wonāt eat them, but they do get interested! For liquid scents, I recommend soaking a piece of felt in the liquid of choice- that way the animal canāt rip off a piece and ingest it by mistake!
THIS IS A WONDERFUL BLOG. My very first cross-stitch is a shitpost youtube comment and I look forward to continuing the tradition with some of your patterns.
Thatās so exciting. We canāt wait to see what you make. Also, please show us the youtube comment immortalized for the ages, since, you know, entirely our aesthetic.Ā

Do you like tomato based sauce? Tikka masala is a mild, usually chicken dish with rice, it's one of my favorites. Or mild curry is good too, if you're not accustomed to Indian spices

It's all delicious, for starters. I like tikka masala (tomato and cream sauce, "masala" being a word for a common spice blend), vindaloo tends to be a very spicy dish, and mango or other fruit sauces tend to be really good. Paneer, an Indian style cheese, is amazing--very thick and chewy but not hard, like if you had ricotta but with almost no moisture, usually grilled and marinated.
You should definitely order naan (flat but leavened bread, super soft and good) with your dish, and rice if it doesn't come with it. Gotta soak up as much of that delicious sauce as possible.

If you can, find somewhere that does thali - lots of small dishes to try. I'd go vegetarian, too: dhal (usually lentils) is lovely; mattar paneer (peas and Indian cheese in a tomato sauce) - both are relatively easy to make if you're cooking yourself. If you are cooking it yourself, try Madhur Jaffrey's recipes - I've found them really accessible. (But it's easier to cook once you know what to expect, taste wise). Hope you enjoy it!

Definitely get some naan. Naan is the absolute best. If youāre a fan of spinach-based things, try saag, too! Chicken saag/Basmati rice/Naan is a great combo.
THANK YOU ALL FOR THIS ADVICE ON TRYING INDIAN FOOD FOR THE FIRST TIME
i decided nothing ventured, nothing gained, and ordered some - i just went with basic curry, since i am a small and fearful creature, and it was nice! considering i was afraid of not liking it at all and just having this food i was never gonna finish in my house, i am more than okay with nice. the naan was, as stated, wonderful, and i also had some samosas? (which, gun to my head, i would have told you was a type of drink until today. i have no idea why. i can only assume i saw a reference toĀ āhaving samosasā and assumed.) ANYHOW: FUCKING EXCELLENT? i love samosas?? and since i have a massive fucking sweet tooth, i also got some gulab jamun, which is also good, but i think might be one of those foods i canāt eat because the texture bothers me.
ANYHOW AN OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE THAT I WILL CERTAINLY BE TRYING AGAIN.
