Had the pleasure to visit the San Jose Alternative Press Expo. It is the 2nd year in the new location at San Jose, previously at the SF area.Â
My expectations were: A small space with local artists, small press and unique styles, and I was not disappointed. I reminded me of the indie areas at the Angoulême International Comics Festival.Â
Folks in the area should definitively go on on Sunday and support these amazing artists. It’s small venue and you can see it all in 10 minutes but I would recommend spending time chatting with the artists, everyone is really nice.Â
