Wireless sensor network is a wireless network consisting of small nodes with sensing, computation, and wireless communication capabilities. One of the most important issues in Wireless sensor networks WSNs is collecting and processing data perceived from the environment and sending that data to be processed and evaluated. Routing data towards the destination node is a fundamental task in WSNs. The data exchange is supported by multihop communications. Routing protocols are in charge of discovering and maintaining the routes in the networks. In this research work, the performance of the different routing protocols in wireless sensor network based on air pollution area is derived. Sensor nodes are deployed in two types of scenario grid and random. And, simulation result outcomes are evaluated using the different routing protocols like Ad hoc On Demand Distance Vector AODV Destination Sequenced Distance Vector Routing DSDV and Dynamic Source Routing DSR in two scenarios. This system is implemented in Network Simulator NS2 . The main focus of this paper is to evaluate the performance of the different routing protocols in random scenarios. The comparison between three different routing protocols is simulated between 10, 50 and 100 nodes.

The black hole attack is one of such security issue in MANET. Mobile Ad-hoc NETwork (MANET) is an attack occurs due to malicious nodes. We propose an algorithm to detect and prevent black hole attack in AODV routing.

AODV is a very simple, efficient, and effective routing protocol for Mobile Ad hoc Net works which do not have fixed topology. This algorithm was motivated by the limited bandwidth that is available in the media that are used for wireless communications. It borrows most of the advantageous concepts from DSR and DSDV algorithms. The on demand route discovery and route maintenance from DSR and hop by hop routing, usage of node sequence numbers from DSDV make the algorithm cope up with topology and routing information. Obtaining the routes purely on demand makes AODV a very useful and desired algorithm for MANETs.

Moving network is the most valuable network of today environment since it does multiple and multilevel communication services during move , it also incorporate many digital techniques to performance real time confidential and security awareness task for the purpose of user facility and services in the similar way it generate various challenges for its designer and developer to make then trustworthy and reliable, it is also one of the major technique to improve the user application based days to days business services and its control, to make them more effective and trustworthy we need to develop secure routing and performance in the WSN system so that everyone can trust on the mobile devices to go for the multiple transaction as required time to time. We have developed a new efficient routing model that not only improve routing in WSN but also better in performance level compare to the traditional protocols like AODV and DSR routing algorithm we had implement the proposed routing algorithm at NS2 and wonderfully find the most awaited better result the not the other previously proposed techniques, therefore one can say it is the trust based computing algorithm for WSN to enhance the working capacity of WSN and reliability parameters. The specially of this model it is support dynamic moving network for boosting the performance among the nodes as well as route request with maximum bandwidth to reach towards its required destination , another good aspect of this is to give better security environment along with safeguard to overcome the previous challenges and issues occurred in traditional implementation and algorithm.

There are basically two types of black hole attack i.e. internal black hole and External black hole attack. Black hole is a malicious node that wrongly replies for some route requests without having active route to particular destination and drop all the getting packets. If these malicious nodes work jointly as a collection then the damage will be very risky. This type of attack is called cooperative black hole attack. Black hole attack is a type of active attack. Black hole attack can arise when the malicious node on the path attack the data transfer and purposely drop, delay or change the data transfer passing through it. Black hole node treats itself as a trusted node. This is review study on Black hole node send false routing information, claim that it has a best route and cause additional good nodes to route data packets through the black hole node.

worked on stochastics project somewhat, but the internet connectivity is pretty bad and I don't have matlab on this computer (SSHing into the icelab computers but it is difficult to do when the internet connection isn't working well)
