I’m currently writing a fic for her on ao3 but oh my precious I love her so I couldn’t NOT draw her!!
She loves Gyaru fashion, especially Himekaji, and is one herself!! Her fav colour is blue, her drink order is almost always a hot chocolate or a peach green tea, she adores dogs despite the fact her papa’s will never get her one and if she had to be anything in the world she would probably not be a hero lol (despite the fact she goes to u.a. but 🤷‍♀️)

Chio fun facts:
She would NOT help an old person across the street. Not cause shes evil but because the only old person she had ever met was Grandma Monoma and that woman is… terrifying.
Her fav hero is Mirko (as u can see with the mirko poster in her room yes that is mirko no I haven’t drawn in a while could u tell) cause she saw how strong and cunty and diva she was and was like holy shit thats who all heros should be yes absolutely.
If her quirk wasn’t what it was she would’ve tried to become a jpop idol 100%
Or she would’ve tried to live out a real yuri on ice life
She almost always has gloves on, and even got her dad to custom order a cute pair cause she was tired of the usual fugly brown leather ones that she always had to resort to.
She’s been on that magical girl grind since she was 4. Her Papa started her off with Tokyo Mew Mew, that turned into Sailor Moon, then Glitter Force, then Madoka Magica at the ripe age of 13 (as god intended) and from there she’s scoured the internet for even the smallest traces of magical girl media.
When she was younger her dream job was being a princess. It still kind of is.
She’s actually pretty ripped (sleeper build fr) cause she idolized Mirko so young and wanted to be as strong as she was. Plus backstory stuff.
People often describe her eyes as cat like because they are that piss yellow cats often have but actually if she were an animal she would be a bird of some kind. Those ones who like shiny stuff and looking at their reflection.
She wears mostly pink despite it not being her fav colour cause she thinks it looks cuter on her
She thinks she is secretly evil and if shes not pursuing the hero career she’ll stray too far from justice and somehow kill a man. No clue where she got that from 🤷‍♀️ someone should put her in therapy
Genuinely such a kind friend though we love her dearly.
