same anon, when have the russo brothers ever made a good decision? I think the scene is gratuitous. Do I understand why he did it in the context of the movie, sure. Do i agree with it? No, you paid homage to an issue that pissed everyone off bc its was so off from Captain America. You could have done literally anything else with the knowledge that Steve had prior to endgame or, heck, another fight scene and they chose to do that.
