Today i felt like eating pasta but i Surinamefied it! I was also lazy so instead of making the sauce from scratch i bought a can. I cut a chicken breast into small pieces and baked them with some garlic, added some antroewa (bittermelon) and stirfried it together for a bit, then i added the pasta sauce and let the mixture simmer with a fresh madame Jeanette pepper. Serve with spaghetti and some parmesan cheese and you have very Nice Surinamefied 'Pasta Antroewa in Tomatosauce' 😉 The bitterness of the antroewa complements the tomatosauce really well!
