I know Anticlove, I started playing, but I stopped because it bored me, none of the crushes really interested me, I was not very passionate about the story. But there was a character, a Japanese student I liked a lot, but he appeared very rarely and was not a crush. I remember there were special episodes only based on him. Maybe I'll do them to see what it's like with him.
The game is very similar to the old mcl hsl for gameplay. There was a possibility to customize the character, but the choices were very limited. You use energy for move, if my memories are good.

Oh yeah, if we're still doing MCL replacement recs, what's everyone's opinion of that AnticLove game? I remember people in the tags mentioning it like 2 years ago or something.
Personally, the only thing I remember about the little bit I played was that the overarching plot was interesting but my opinion on the characters were too polarizing to continue. Like, I really liked a lot of the side characters, but the important ones were insufferable because you're locked in a narrative with them irregardless of anything YOU do, namely Rich Bitch #5 and Fake Ass 'bestest friend'.
