I’m not sure whether the supposed new leak about Sylus from LoveandDeepspace actually has anything to do with him, or whether the image is more likely from Nikki or another game. But what if it were related? Just a hypothesis.

The fact is: for now we don’t know who is shown in that picture, and there’s no official confirmation. Only when we see the official image clearly with the same pose & long hair then we know. Unless someone has already found it or it has already been released.

What stands out: some images from Nikki including the dragons shown there + some male characters wear outfits that strongly resemble Sylus and even the MC from Love and Deepspace. The same applies to the sword: if you look closely at the weapon in the supposed Sylus-leak image, the design fits the Nikki style more closely, but at the same time it clearly resembles Sylus-MC’s sword. That could be a deliberate copy, inspiration, or some kind of “mixed" design.

Since both Nikki and Love and Deepspace are made by the same developer, it’s logical that designs, clothing, and weapons etc overlap visually.

And still: this visual similarity could also be a signal. It’s entirely plausible that the whole thing was intentionally styled this way to hint indirectly at Sylus’s next myth, maybe even at an announcement coming soon or at least in the near future. Whether it’s Sylus or not? Either way, the clothing and design are similar enough that it could very well point to Sylus and serve as a subtle setup for his upcoming mythos. It doesn’t have to be but it could. Who knows….
