It was probably like a decade ago, but I will never forget the time I casually brought up something I'd discussed in a game theory class in college, what was even then years prior, and someone replied with this incredulous,
"they teach game theory in college!?" or something to that effect, with the distinct anti-intellectual rhetoric of someone who thinks higher education is a scam. And I had to stop the discussion I was having to explain what game theory as an established field of mathematics was, and why his and what turned out to be several other people on the message board's assumption that people were sitting around a classroom discussing if sans is ness was an idiotic thing to even begin to cross someone's mind.
Well now that that idiot manchild is stepping away from his garbage generating machine, maybe we'll never have to deal with another generation of kids being brought up on his brainrot content again.
