After 3 years of quiet, terrified suffering, to be heard, to be believed, and to have others tell me they endured the same and that I am not alone. I have cried so much since yesterday, but a lot of it was from being so overwhelmed with gratitude. I was so scared of being hurt again and it has been so healing to instead find the opposite.
