Tanjiro:

Tanjiro really should stop getting hurt on missions. It was just unfair to his beloved [Name] when he continuously comes back to the Butterfly Estate roughed up to some extent. And this last mission did not help matters with the demon being a freshly turned child that already devoured their family but kept looking for their beloved older sibling. It ripped at Tanjiro’s soul hearing the child cry out for their sibling after he sliced off their head, and made his newest wound burn with each stretch of his side.

It hurt even worse as [Name] dabbed an iodine-soaked cotton ball along the edges of the still weeping wound. “Tanjiro-kun,” she began, forcing a pleasant smile across her face which made the young man sweat nervously. “Will there ever be a time where you simply visit me without being injured as well?!”

“W-Well, you see [Name]-chan, this mission happened to be a bit different than the average ones I’m sent on...” he stuttered, face going white from the pain as he pressed himself against the headboard. His eyes glazed over as he looked off to the side, picturing Nezuko in the place of the demon child, as he began telling her of his mission.

[Name] listened silently, finishing placing a fresh bandage over the wound on his side. Her heart thudded painfully in her chest as she took in Tanjiro’s dazed appearance, and could see how much this mission hurt him and how lost he was getting in his own mind. Nodding to herself, [Name] cleaned up the mess she made before removing her top and breast bindings.

“Tanjiro,” she called out softly, crawling onto his lap and gently grasping his head so she could cradle him against her bosom. Her fingers carded themselves through his wavy burgundy hair, her short nails scraping against his scalp. “Tanjiro, sweetie, it’s okay. You did the right thing.”

The young man gasped, sucking in as much air as he possibly could as tears welled up in his eyes. “[Name]-chan?” he muttered, his voice muffled against her soft skin.

“There, there, Tanjiro... You’re safe, and so is Nezuko.” [Name] reassured the young man, humming softly as he cried into her cleavage, one of his hands wrapping tightly around her hips while the other shakingly came up to caress the side of her right breast. “Ah~” she gasped, hips jerking against his as the pad of his rough thumb swept over the tight nub that was her nipple.

Even with his face wet with tears, [Name] did not pull away from Tanjiro. Instead, she simply brought him even closer to her, making Tanjiro groan as he opened his mouth to leave wet kisses over her neglected breast, his teeth leaving faint marks over her smooth flesh as he finally drew her nipple into his mouth and began suckling.

[Name] hummed happily as she used her thumbs to wipe away his tears that had begun to dry. “You shouldn’t beat yourself up so much, Tanjiro. Eventually, you’ll be able to turn a demon back into a human and save all those that suffer, so just keep doing your best.” [Name] hugged him closer to her as she placed a kiss on the crown of his head.

Tanjiro returned the gesture and pulled her closer, his tongue pressed flat against the nipple in his mouth, and dragged it upwards before using the tip to flick the hard nub. It almost felt like he was trying to devour her breast with how it pressed against his mouth. He pulled back some, his face flushed as a string of his saliva kept his moist lips connected to her flushed chest. Panting heavily, the burgundy-haired male moved his attention to the other breast that his free hand had been toying with, the rough skin a welcome contrast to the soft and supple flesh of [Name]’s breast.

[Name]’s heart thudded loudly within her ribs as she placed another soft kiss on her lover’s hard forehead. “You’re like a newborn with how much you enjoy suckling on my breasts, Tanjiro~” she teased, making him flush more as she directed him to her other teat, the feeling of his Hanafuda earrings brushing against her ribs causing gooseflesh to erupt over her torso. Pressing her chest against his moist lips, [Name] encouraged him to take her breast into his mouth once more as she slowly began rocking her hips against his.

“[Name]-chan!” Tanjiro whined, his nose scrunching as he picked up her scent of amusement and arousal. His breath was hot against her skin as he buried his face against her, trying as hard as he could to ingrain her scent into his memory. “[Name]-chan,” he sighed, his head feeling fuzzy as she dragged her nails across his scalp. Tanjiro kissed and licked around the hard bud, wanting to bring more of her scent to the surface as he paused every few seconds to inhale deeply through his nose. Even under her amusement and both of their arousals, Tanjiro could pick up the smell he had been looking for. It reminded him of happier days back home, when his father was still around and just after his mother conceived his youngest brother.

Tanjiro could smell the love and care [Name] had for him as she once more encouraged him to take her stiff nipple into his mouth to suckle. It was a scent that was similar to his mother’s when she doted on his father. The realization struck a cord in Tanjiro’s heart as he brought his lover as close as possible to his heated skin. Hands rough from harsh training to use a katana and master Water Breathing kneaded at her hips, his own rocking up into hers as he closed his eyes, enjoying the taste of her skin on the tip of his tongue.

Zen couldn't remember how he managed to find himself in his current situation, his face flush as he felt [Name]'s soft lips on his neck, her delicate fingers tugging his kimono off his shoulders as she kissed downward. He's just going to blame Karasu Tengu for mentioning heirs the other night, which led to a situation dealing with a heavily intoxicated Third Commander.

For some reason, the idea of having children of his own that would follow the next heir of the Nura Clan stirred something inside him, which led to the situation with [Name], a red maneki neko that worked alongside Ryota-Neko at the Bakenekoya as one of the most popular servers. She had healing abilities and would treat Zen at times for a little extra, which led to the two getting well acquainted with each other.

"H-Hey, [Name], slow down, will ya?" he asked, his voice hoarse as he felt sweat bead on his brow as he looked down, seeing her tail sway and ears twitch as she dragged the flat of her tongue over his chest. She pulled back, lips curling as she crawled over him and placed a kiss along his jaw.

"But Lord Zen~ ♥ isn't this what you wanted~?" she sang, tugging his obi loose and allowing it to pool under him as he laid bare in just a fundoshi. Purring, [Name] pawed at his growing hardness, her [color] hair tickling his bare flesh. "You look so delectable, my Lord~♥ I could just gobble you up~♥"

Zen's crimson eyes widen as heat consumed his face, his breathing coming out in heavy pants as he fisted the futon he was sprawled out on. [Name] hummed, leaning back and untying her obi slowly, her loose kimono falling open and baring herself to him. Zen swallowed, hands trembling as he reached up and cupped her hips, his calloused fingers easily sinking into her plush flesh.

V rubbed at his shoulders, working out the kinks that had built up over the course of the many battles he fought as he climbed into the RV, Griffon shooting past his head and perching himself on top of the fridge.

“Oh, look, if it ain’t Juliet snoozin’ away while we do all the heavy liftin’...” snarked the demonic avian, ruffling his feathers as his golden eyes gazed down at [Name] sleeping without a care on the sofa. “Why don’t ya kiss her awake, Romeo?”

“Hush, Griffon,” the Summoner sighed, using the handle of his cane to gently tap the familiar on his beak, only for the bird to snap his beak back at the gothic young man. “Let [Name] have a moment of rest. We are all weary from the constant battles we have faced in the recent days.”

“Yeah yeah, whatever ya say, Shakespeare. I’ll leave toots— Ohoho~ What do we have here?” Griffon swooped down as [Name] shifted in her sleep, knocking her journal to the ground. “Looks like doll-face left her diary out.”

“Griffon...” the poet warned the mischevious familiar, his jade eyes narrowing as he tapped his cane.

“Oh, so the Grease Monkey and Dead Weight can look, but I can’t? What shit is that, V!” Griffon huffed, clicking his beak in annoyance.

“Now, how would you like it if [Name] took your feathers without asking, Griffon?” the dark poet crooned, stooping down and picking up the leather bound journal that laid open face down.

The familiar huffed once more, flying to rest on his summoner’s shoulder and pecking the side of his head. “C’mon, V. I just wanna read what she wrote about my amazing skills, and having to haul your high maintenance ass around...” the bird chuckled, his golden eyes glittering with amusement. “It ain’t like the toots will mind. She always shares what she wrote eventually.”

V hummed, flipping the book around so the spine was cradled in the palm of his hand as he examined the worn leather cover. Griffon, surprisingly, did have a point, and the ribbon that worked as a bookmark hung loose, so V had a reason to peak through the journal. With his free hand, V flipped open the cover and browsed through the past entries of their battles.

“Ooh! Look, V! [Name] drew me, kickin’ ass and takin’ names!” Without looking up, V pinched Griffon’s split beak closed and cast the demonic bird a side eye glare. [Name] simply rolled over in her sleep. “Whoops...”

Releasing the bird, V went back to browsing, and finally coming to the last entry. Griffon let out a low whistle and used a wing to point at the drawing. “Well then, this is a surprise...” V mused, a slight grin curling his lips.

The last entry is a black and white bust drawing of V. Griffon snickered from the poet’s shoulder, trying to muffle the sound with a wing as he side-eyed his summoner. “Ya know, [Name] must have been starin’ for some time at ya to draw somethin’ so detailed,” the bird teased. “Mainly to accurately draw your summon tattoos.”

Personally? I feel like Yami and Yugi are pretty much brothers, mainly when you sit there and actually think over that Yugi (and by extension, Bakura) have to be compatible in some shape and/or form with the soul of their Item. Yugi is heavily implied to be Yami’s physical reincarnation, and the only thing different is their personalities.

Yami, as Atem, sealed his soul away at 16~17 years of age, making him a grown adult by that era’s standards, while when Yugi started working on the puzzle he was 7 years old.

Yugi had no friends growing up that could help his personality mature until he was 15 (Téa does not really count cause she never really hung out and joined Yugi until later, so calling them childhood friends is a stretch imo, more like acquaintance).

Then here comes Yami, crashing head first into this modern-day child’s life with no memory of anything, yet with a fully matured mindset/personality. Welcome the big brother that Yugi always needed in his life to grow!

They share the same interests, they communicate, sometimes they fight but are quick to make up. They’re two halves of the same coin.

Yami himself has stated Yugi’s purity and childish sense of wonder is what keeps the darkness from fully sinking into Yami, and he wants to protect that.

Honestly, if Yugi is a true full reincarnation of Yami, his soul would be that of Yami’s before he became Pharaoh Atem.

But yeah, to me, they are best friends, brothers, and above all else, they are each other’s protectors.

A-About, what about you made them want to marry you?

The affection that they showed V made him want to marry them. Just showing they cared by reminding him to take care of himself, to eat, get enough rest, and even the moments where their skin brushed against his own made his heart flutter. And he makes sure to return the favor.

B-Baby, would they want kids with you as soon as possible?

V wouldn’t mind having kids from the get-go, however, he does ask his partner what they wish. If they wish to have children later, he’ll understand and not press the issue. He knows children are a very big responsibility, and communication is key.

C-Celebration, how would they celebrate your anniversaries?

A picnic on the beach late at night with an extra blanket in case they get cold. For one, it speaks to V’s aesthetics, while for another he loves how the moon and stars reflect off the water and his partner’s eyes. The sounds of waves crashing against the shore also set the mood, along with a few candles. Also, he’s fond of engaging in a childish splashing war against his partner, as it makes the prize, a kiss, all that much sweeter.

D-Divorce, how would they handle if you wanted a divorce? What caused it?

A divorce would just shatter this poor man. V is the type to throw his whole being into marriage and would do whatever he could to try and make it work. However, if the marriage makes his partner unhappy regardless, he is willing to let them go as their happiness matters more to him than his own. As for what caused it? Probably his Devil Hunter lifestyle.

E-Earnest, are they serious about your marriage? Or can they be a little immature about it?

V is 100% serious.

F- Favorite, what was your favorite things before and after you got married to each other?

His favorite thing is just having the time to surprise his partner by showing up on their doorstep with a small trinket or something that caught his eye and reminded him of them. As they say, distance makes the heart grow fonder. After they’re married, his favorite thing is to come home and relax with them on the love seat and read aloud his favorite poems, or theirs, or even a novel or two depending on his mood. And if they have kids, he greatly likes hanging out with them, too, and asking about their day.

G-Giving, do they spoil you?

Not in an over extravagant way, no. V is all about giving his partner praise when it’s due, and maybe teasing them with light kisses that have them begging for more, along with light cresses. V also tends the spoil them by always having their favorite flower(s) on hand. No one, not even Griffon, knows where he gets them from.

H-Honeymoon, what did you two do for your honeymoon?

One thing for sure they did was visit The Musée de Cluny - Musée national du Moyen Âge, Cluny Museum - National Museum of the Middle Ages. V is a sucker for the Gothic and loves strolling through the place. He even geeks out a bit, which is so cute to watch. Also, the Louvre Museum is a must as well as the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Paris Underground Catacombs. Be ready for V to actually scare his beloved while in the catacombs, or even sneaking them away to a private alcove for a quick kiss or two.

I-Invest, how much do they contribute to your marriage?

V contributes a lot to the marriage and expects his partner to do the same.

J-Jealous, do they still get jealous even though you’re completely theirs?

It doesn’t happen as often as it did when they were just dating, however, the little green monster sometimes rears its ugly head when someone blatantly hits on them even though it is obvious they are married. V has threatened others more than once that has come to his partner with unwanted advances, which Griffon gleefully helps with.

K-Kiss, how often would you two kiss? Do you still have that spark?

V’s not gonna outright pull his partner into a deep kiss in the middle of the street or anything, though he may place butterfly kisses on their fingertips or kiss their knuckles, which always sends his partner into a flustered mess. So yeah, there’s always a spark, regardless of the kiss.

L-Live, where would you two settle down at?

V would prefer a home out in the countryside. Maybe a cottage or ranch style home... Though he isn’t opposed to converting a place into a home, mainly if it has an interesting history or something. Like an old church or maybe a classic schoolhouse.

M-Make, do they still make your heart flutter after years of marriage?

Oh yes, V will always make his partner’s heart flutter even after years of being married. He lives for it.

N-Never, what is something they would never do?

Cheat. V is very much a faithful man. He always would never harm his partner either.

For sure. V just has Kyrie and Nero babysit the kids when they wanna do the naughty.

“Dear” “Sweetheart” “Love” “Darling” “Beloved” etc are all types of nicknames V calls his partner. His partner mainly calls him “Pretty Boy” “Poe” or, just to be funny, “Sweeny Todd” or “Ichabod” just because it seems to fit (and not that V could totally pull of either of those Johnny Depp characters, what are you talking about?).

Q-Quiet, do you two keep quiet about your marriage? Or do you always brag about one another?

V keeps it relatively quiet. He’s not one to really brag about it, however, if someone asks or needs clarification, he won’t hesitate to say “Yes, [Name] and I are happily married to each other.”

R-Romance, how do you two keep your romance alive?

Candle lit dinners and evening strolls help.

S-Selfie, would they take multiple pictures of you? Would they save them on their phone?

V has a few photos of both of them together on his phone and about 10 or so of just his partner. One of which is his partner reading under a maple tree during late fall when all the leaves have changed color. It was so beautiful that he made it his lock and home screen. In contrast, his partner has hundreds of V, and they have yet to figure out their favorite of just him, but they adore the one Nico took of them carving pumpkins together, with Griffon passing judgment at V’s pumpkin.

T-Teenagers, do you still act like teens when you’re older?

A bit. There are just some things that V cannot help but get giddy about, mainly Halloween. Around that time it is like everything froze from back when they were younger and getting to relive those moments over and over.

U-Unrelenting, what hasn’t stopped since you two got married?

V picking up little trinkets from the times he’s gone on his Devil Hunting missions. Without fail, he always brings something back that reminds him of his partner.

V-Valentine’s Day, what plans do you two make?

V always plans for them to either see a concert, be it classical or rock music, or a play/opera before going out to eat. One year it might be all dressing up and glam, while the next its more down to earth and homey.

W-Wedding, what was your wedding like?

You’d think it’d be this small classy affair... Nope, V is just as prone to the dramatics as the other DMC guys are. V wanted a small outdoor wedding that seemed like something out of a renaissance romance. Everyone would’ve expected fairies and elves being apart of it if they didn’t know any better.

X-X-Ray, can you two see through each other? Can you see when you’re lying or not?

Given that he’s pretty perceptive, V has an easy time reading his partner, though, on the other hand, his partner has a hard time reading V because he is so good at bottling up his real feelings. They just trust that with time he will come to them in his own time.

Y-Yearly Tradition, what do you two do every year for your wedding anniversary?

Normally travel to places that are rich in history and art and explore, similar to their honeymoon.

[Name] panted, dodging another of Shadow’s attacks as V watched on, his full lips pulled back into a slight smile as his jade eyes watched her every move, his book opened as his familiars did as he commanded. “This is caught by females bright,/And return’d to its own delight./The bleat, the bark, bellow, and roar,/Are waves that beat on heaven's shore.”

The female Hunter huffed, bending back to dodge another spike from the deadly cat at the cost of her shirt. “The devil can cite Scripture for his purpose.” She quoted, glaring at the poet.

“Ah, the Devil is but an angel cast from the Heavens for loving God, so is it not just he cites Scripture for his purpose?” he quipped, smirking at the woman.

“Ha-Ha... Are we ever going to get serious here, Pretty Boy?” she questioned, hip cocked out and the barrel of her gun resting on her shoulder.

“Yeah, Pretty Boy, we haven’t even broken a sweat yet against the toots,” complained Griffon as he hovered close by, his wings creating a gentle breeze that ruffled the goth’s ebony hair.

“You asked for it, [Name], but do not fret... I’ll be gentle...” he crooned, tapping the handle of his cane against his palm.

“Haha! Hell yeah!” cackled the demonic avian, sending streaks of lightning at the lone female.

Rolling out of the way, [Name] aimed and fired at the bird. “C’mon, ya overgrown pigeon!”

“Oh, it’s on now, girly!” Griffon sqwaked loudly, sending a shockwave at her, making the young woman roll to the side and into striking range of Shadow.

“Pin them to the wall!” commanded V, using his cane to direct the attack.

Shadow managed to tear off the sleeve of [Name]’s shirt. “Instead of your familiars doing all your dirty work, why don’t you try pinning me to the wall, V?!”

“Ooh, you gonna take that layin’ down, Shakespeare?” chuckled Griffon as he flew overhead.

“Though she be but little, she is fierce.” The poet replied, quoting the very person the bird derived the nickname for the goth.

“No bird soars too high if he soars with his own wings. Isn’t that right, V?” [Name] taunted, resting her hands on her knees. “Can’t ever hope to get stronger if you don’t apply yourself more, V...” The goth tilted his head down, his hair shielding his face from view, making it hard for her to see his expression.

V chuckled, amused over their banter as he raised his arm and summoned both animals back to him. “As you wish, m’lady,” V teased, bowing slightly with his right arm held at his waist while his left was outstretched. “May I have this dance?”

“Oh, that’s really cute, V...” [Name] chuckled, holstering her gun and pulling out her daggers and charging at the gothic male. Using his cane, he parried the attack and pushed her back. Smirking, she stooped down and aimed to swipe his feet out from under him.

V jumped back, his jade eyes glittering. “Is it not the other way around, [Name]? Should it not be I trying to sweep you off your feet?”

“Maybe you would be able to, if you didn’t look like some overcooked noodle, V.” She swiped her blade at his face, making him tilt his head back.

“Hmm...” V smirked, ramming his cane’s handle into her stomach, making [Name] cry out in pain. “You are lovely/Oh so sweet/Even as you cry...*” he maneuvered around the young woman, slipping behind her and pressing his cane diagonally across her frame and pinning her against his chest. “Burning heat,/Oh so hot/ Filled to the brim.*”

[Name] struggled against him, her face slowly gaining a pink hue. “V...” she whined, feeling his lips brush against the shell of her ear, his hot breath sending chills down her spine.

“Passion that burned,/Oh so brightly,/That it hurt.*” He continued, ignoring her pleas as he pressed a chaste kiss against her temple. “I was lost./I couldn’t find my way./ I thought I was/About to die./You were my light./Shining oh so brightly./Showing me the way.*”

“Two can play that game, V...” [Name] warned, leaning her head back against his shoulder. “I care for you./Do you care for me?/My heart races,/Does yours for me?*” she began, her knees growing weak as V wrapped a hand around her throat, feeling her pulse pound under the delicate flesh. “My soul is yours,/Is yours mine?/Is your warmth real?/Did you know mine is?*”

“Your tears,/Oh how they burned,/Oh so sweetly./How beautiful you are./Skin so soft,/Lips like wine,/How badly I burn to make you mine.**” V pressed butterfly kisses against [Name]’s shoulder as he wrapped an arm around her hips to help keep her standing. “Your beauty,/How I crave./Your heart.../Will be mine.*”

[Name] swallowed thickly, her legs trembling as she leaned against his slender form. “A touch,/A sigh,/A smile,/A tear,/A cry./Happiness,/Sadness./I’ve been there,/Through it all.*”

“No other./I shall have you./Your beauty will/Be mine./How scared/You are.*” His voice dropped low, gaining a darker quality that sent a sliver of want coursing through his captive, her daggers falling from her lax grip as she reached back and fisted a handful of his ebony locks.

“My love,/For you is true./Do you,/Care,/Feel,/See,/Love me?/Did you know?/Did you?/Do you?*”

“Covered in crimson,/Oh how beautiful you are.*”

Leaning down until they were nose to nose, V stared directly into [Name]’s [color] eyes. “Make me, [Name]...”
