I loved that yandere bully post and how the ending was left open, I love the idea that poor reader will move states/countries away and becomes a famous writer after school, publishing a peice of media and almost EVERYONE likes it, it's a masterclass of artistry and it leaves people wishing they could have seen it for the first time all over again, and in the meantime, after Bully!Yan loses his scapegoat/outlet he turns into a different person and slowly looses all his popularity, people were taken by shock when he suddenly started becoming aggressive and antisocial, he looses all his friends and everyone forgets about him, until after school, he got his degree and got a really nice job that pays well enough for him to not need to worry for money, but he feels nothing but emptyness. But when reader publishes their first official peice of media, Fanboy!Yan finds it.. And he just NEEDS more...
Look!!! I have my first anonymous ask in my inbox! welcome anon!!

Thank you for the compliments, first anon. I did want the reader to choose, and also. when you're in this kind of situation where everyone around you is telling you your wrong, it's very hard to not get washed far away from the shore with the current.
When you do something wrong or are unsure of yourself, you go to other people to ground your worldviews. What's the difference internally though, with someone who has a distorted view of the world, and someone who is being manipulated?
While poor darling is in the second group, our bully is in the first. somewhere in their life they learned that being authentic about things is punish worthy. they think they're better for not caring about anyone. which means they hide parts of themselves, and when the see you with the same passion they have who is out in the open, they can't take it without feeling like their whole social life is a lie.
So they pick on you, and since they want you and your works to themselves sooo much they get to hit two birds with one stone when they do all that and then pretend it's all a joke.
And then you leave, and now theres nothing.
its not like most people thought you deserved it. But... saying it out loud is just putting a signal flare for them to be next. and they wont step in line and posture for them as easily when there's no fear behind it.
Any of validation from money and authority they have is just putting fuel into a fire. It burns hot with the hit that they're exceptional, but it never actually convinces them that there's something good inside them besides what how they compare to others, so they always need more.
They find you, and. For a short period of time that they still remember, you made them feel like there was something bigger than the numbers they chase after. You're still publishing your first works, and they give any money they can spare into your patreon/donations to support you. They won't approach you in person, but they certainly will have a fan account in your name.
Their hands shake whenever the see other fanart of your characters. All their headcanons of your characters make no fucking sense. They can't look at the internet without seeing thousands of red pens, and they're the only one person putting white-out on them!! But they're just another fan, and all they've wanted was a friend, and someone to love.
They're going to repeat history. With money and resources, before you grow too large and have constant eyes on you, they act. there is nothing worthwhile in their life if they don't trap you from the world again.
