#annecy2016

Guys, it was such a fantastic week ... I can’t believe everything that happened to me at Annecy! I met incredible people and had a lot of fun with my friends! I also had the chance to see and take a picture with Guillermo Del Toro, he directed Pacific Rim, Crimson Peak and an animated series, soon to come, Trollhunters, that really interest me! Crimson Peak, more than any other of his movies, inspired me a lot and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to tell him directly! He was so nice *^*)/ 

After that amazing meeting I attended a press conference about a French contest names “Les espoirs de l’animation” for all students in Animation schools, to which I participated this year with my school. I worked on a short named “Plantage Cosmique” with a group of 6 people and it was a great experience. What I didn’t expect was that we won an award, the Public Award and I’m so happy about that, this is the greatest reward we could ever have and it fills me with so much joy ♥ If you’re interested you can find the short here : https://vimeo.com/164109965

I was also able to see a WIP of a French animated movie adapted from a comic named Zombillenium and this movie is gonna be awesooooome! I’m wainting for it so much! I attended a signing session with one of the most inspiring artist of my life, Barbara Canepa (W.I.T.C.H., Sky-Doll, Collection Métamorphose etc.) and she was so sweet, I love the drawing she made to me *^*)/ 

And To finish this amazing week I went to the premiere of Finding Dory which was very cute and I saw the short Pixar film Piper, screening for the first time, and it was the cutest things I had ever seen in my whole life! *^* 

And I came back home yesterday, tired and exhausted but terribly happy and more motivated than ever! 

I’m no going to draw a looooot of little portraits all day, because I missed this a lot ! ✨
