back in the good old days it was easy to dodge anime attacks because they all had simple names like ‘fireball punch’ or ‘giant battleaxe kick’. Now you can’t guess the attack from the name because they’re all ‘autumn leaves whistling grass’ or ‘dance of the wind spirit’ like what is that even supposed to be. Just last week a guy yelled ‘scent of summer afternoon in the garden’ and before I could even ask what his deal was he punched me through a wall. kids these days don’t know what it was like back before all this nonsense
