@angelicarch (plotted starter)
The air began to ripple and warp, twisting like fabric as it physically pulled into itself. Electricity crackled and sparked as the air began to tear open until a Heavenly light grew larger from its center. A golden portal appeared, its center shimmering with an iridescent sheen, like the glossy look of abalone. The anomaly opened near a populace area of Heaven, quickly drawing the attention of Winners. As the angels gazed on, they’d suddenly witness an even greater curiosity: a blue seraphim shooting out of the portal in a flurry of feathers, his six wings flapping wildly as though he’d lost control of his flight.
Lucid shielded his face as he was hurtled through the portal and out into the open, his wings unfurled and flapping in an attempt to hit the brakes of his fast movement. He cried “LOOK OUT!” as he found himself rushing towards two other angels, the Winner’s dodging out of the way just in time. Glancing over his shoulder, the young blue angel hollered an apology before lifting his gaze once more. Another near collision, this time the angel barely missing a large building sign.
As he dipped his wings to turn out of the way, Lucid cut the turn too sharp, finding himself face to face with a large glass wall. Unable to evade and his rapid speed, the blue seraphim collides directly into the window. The impact stuns Lucid’s the angel bouncing off and quickly spiraling on his back towards the ground. He had know idea that of all the buildings he could have run into, he ran into the best possible one: Heaven’s Hospital. Hitting the polished gold street below, the seraphim was out cold, his body and wings going limp.
Above, the golden ethereal portal rapidly shrank, disappearing nearly as swiftly as it had appeared. Not a sparkle nor ripple of the disturbed fabric of space remained, as though it had never formed to begin with. The bright glowing white-blue halo that hung above Lucid’s head hummed at a near inaudible tone, the intensity diminishing as the portal dissipated, the magic link severed. The blue seraphim was none the wiser, strewn out like a rag doll upon the street with wandering eyes of the Winners locked onto the fallen intruder.
