Horace Silver Quintet: Filthy McNasty 1987

From the 1987 Bern Jazz Festival in Switzerland comes this ass-kicking performance of Filthy McNasty by the Horace Silver quintet with Dave Douglas on trumpet and Vincent Herring on alto sax, with guest vocalist Any Bey. This a rare instance of a Silver quintet with alto rather than tenor saxophone.
