NEVILLE LONGBOTTOM: Tell us an embarrassing story.Okay so during my time at LAMDA, we did a production of Antony and Cleopatra, and thereās a scene where Cleopatraās servants/bedfriends/clique are having their future predicted by a palm reader, or the Soothsayer. I played Iras,CharmianāsĀ slightly less sassy friend. We eventually start to bicker because as it turns out that my future is not an inch of fortune better than hers, so Charmian, to lighten the mood, bless her heart, says,Ā āWell, if you were to have an inch of fortune better than I, where would you have it?ā to which I replyĀ āNot in my husbandās noseā (aka i want big dick u got me). My then-crush (no ex-bf) played Alexas, the I-am-done-with-these-two-gals-who-keep-pestering-me servant, whom weāve been teasing at the beginning of the scene. Now, to make the dick joke very blatantly obvious, more obvious than it already was, on the very last day of rehearsal, during our last rehearsal, the director had an idea. And I respect that man, heās great, he worked with us, he listened to us, but in that moment I could not fathom WHY he would ever deem such a thing necessary. He said:Ā āWhen you say your line, I want you not just come close to Alexas, as if taking a jab at his minuscule penis, I donāt want you to point to it. I want you to stand teasingly close to him, and as you say the line, place your hand on his crotch, Touch his cock is what Iām saying. Are we clear?ā So during our run, it was literally the only thing I was worried about, I knew my blocking, I could recite my lines backwards, I could change outfits with lightning speed, but when it came down to it, I missed. My only source of solace is that people took it as part of the joke, since, AlexasāĀ dick wasnāt big enough to reach my hand.
NARCISSA MALFOY: Do you have a good relationship with your family? Who are you closest to?Yeah itās ok. Iām closer to people on my momās side of the family though, not so close to anyone on dadās, or dad. Heās bad at dadding, but he tries I think.
