“Namugundu ne Kasolo nga Kabaka Abatumye okukima Speke.” Of course the scene wouldn’t have looked anything close to this. But then again, nobody can tell anymore. So, why lie to myself and to you? I instead, with artistic flavour, create an image that juxtaposes many things that expand the story beyond its time and context. For example, it’s like, the Kabaka sending these messengers invited the Uganda Protectorate reality, the Obote attack on the palace, and today’s fluid status quo in one go. Boom!
