I've just reblogged two posts about treatment of fat people and as I read them, I've thought suddenly that people who ridicule, neglect and alienate fat people just don't know. They don't know, that when I, again, read something like "fat people just don't try hard enough" or "she shouldn't speak publicly at all because she's fat pig", or "unhealthy monsters" or other usual internet comments on fat people, there's this flash of a thought going through my head, like a curse that struggles to swim to the surface of a bubbling, black bog.
And what it says is:
I wish you died. All alone, neglected and ridiculed, in despair. I wish you suffering that is a sum of suffering you brought to others. I wish you to feel every bit of pain you caused. I wish you to become hunted down by everything you said. I wish you died.
And I'm ashamed of myself, of course, because it's a horrible thought to think about another human being. But before I'm brought back to my senses and my humanity, there's this tiniest glimpse of all the rage, all the anger, all the blackest hatred going through me. I'm aware that this hatred is poisonous to me and to others, and I keep it well under controll, and I don't allow this thought ever to surface.
But it is somewhere down there, this thought, this lightning, this scream.
You know if you come to my blog and comment she/her on my pictures I’ll just blog you. I’m too old for this shit and I won’t bother with your petty excuse for trying to stir up drama.
The sad thing is this is coming from someone gay, part of the LGBTQ community. I hope you grow up.
