I'm sharing a sentences from my "While you were sleeping" WIP I just want you to know who I am, which is about Jack coming out to Lucy as bisexual:

This was their happily ever after, so what reason could there be for him to look so mournful.

He hadn't even noticed her come in, when usually he'd run up to the front door to greet her the second he'd hear her steps on the front porch.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you!” she gingerly walked up to the couch and sat next to him.

Now that she thought back to it, a newspaper had been spread out on the coffee table in front of Jack when she came in…

(The) kids having been put to bed, it was just her and Jack in their small but cozy bedroom.
