American documentaries are awful
I was trying to research a topic and I got hold of a documentary on the subject, not realising it was produced for American television and jesus wept.
So much time was spent on visual reenactments of what was just said. And so little was said. There would be 30 seconds of talking and then 3 minutes of cgi visuals. It was actually insane. Its not just that there was very little information conveyed. There was so little attempt to be informative. Everything was so surface level. An hour of documentary covered less than what I would consider an introductory overview.
David Attenborough must seem so dense, so full of people talking and talking, constantly explaining things in detail.
Americans are truly delusional...
I'm watching the "Downfall" documentary about Boeing and they're trying to sell the narrative that everyone around the world trusted Boeing before the Lion Air tragedy...
