I've been kind of blah lately as well. It corresponds with a lack of fitness. I need to get back on the train as well.
That's the thing that I constantly notice with my fitness. Since I don't have anything planned on the calendar, apart from officiating Lacrosse games, I have the tendency to want to not do anything. What helps me is reminding myself of the progress that I've made over the years and if I stop being active all the progress would be for naught. Push through it!
