A Pleasant Little Comic Shop
@a-man-outof-time
Clint neatly tripped over a box in the middle of the floor. He swore as he managed to turn the fall into an easy tumble eventually ending right back up on his feet.  “What the fuck.” Luckily early enough that there weren’t any kids in the shop to hear his language.  He did try to keep it somewhat clean around them.
Stalking back over to the box he scowled at it.  Seriously where did it come from, he didn’t put it there.  Clint poked the box carefully with his foot.  When nothing happened he looks all around it before carefully picking up the box and bringing it over to the counter.  Ever so gently putting it down giving it a distrustful stare. Â
After loosing a staring contest with the box because he blinked first he reached for a box cutter.  With the air of someone trying to defuse a bomb he sliced through the packaging tape. Using the tip of the cutter to carefully flip open one flap at a time.  Peering in he frowned at the contents.  “You again, I thought i threw you out! I didn’t order you.”
The box full of a comic that Clint thought just sucked.  How it kept ending up in his shop just made him even more suspicious.  Seriously some weird thing that had happy smiling fake looking heroes working lock in step with the government to make the world a better place.  It was just weird and the artwork was crap.
