#Taglioline with #Rabbit at #4Ciacole in #Bovolone near #Verona in the #Veneto region of #Italy. Excellent work, but a touch dry once we knocked over the #pasta tower. This is always a great #presentation BUT when you spin pasta this tightly the chances of it getting #stuck together go up by 50% because there is no room for the pasta to swell on the plate.
