The #WoodOven Roasted #Penne with #Pancetta, #Peas and #Mushrooms and an honest review of @lilfrankies. This pasta was awesome BUT the portion was too small gotta up the pasta count. The Pear Gorgonzola salad was too salty, the cheese makes the salad salty enough we have to cut down. Wood Oven Chicken was incredible as usual but the mashed on the side needed more milk it was too dense. Pizza dough continues to get better and better as the Biga gets more and more intense, the texture is what my pizza dreams are made of. The roasted eggplant never disappoints and the ricotta di bufala melted all the heads at the table.
