I love shrimp!! I coated these in corn starch and spices. Then I sautĂ©ed them. They are delightful!! Crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The corn starch gives it a light, crunchy coating instead of the heavier coating from bread crumbs. I like them both ways, but this is my favorite way. đđMmmmmmmmmmmm!! đ đ đ With a side of rice and vegetables, it's an easy and delicious meal that takes minutes to make!! I love cooking and I love eating what I cook!! It's a very rewarding thing to do. I should've made more because they were so good. Then again, it's all about portion control so I'm good.
