Workout finished... . I started using resistance bands several months ago for when I couldn't make it to the gym and had to get a workout in at home. I pair it with dumbbells and pull-up bar. The bands have a combined resistance of up to 150lbs. . I like that I can throw them in their carrying bag and take with me anywhere when I travel. They are very compact and weigh only a few pounds all together. . Don't underestimate them though. Looks can be deceiving. They can still kick your butt when used properly and consistently. . If you can't make it to the gym, or don't like going to the gym (me π), or if you want a quick and simple home workout system, get some stackable resistance bands.
