This keto cauliflower bread is a gluten-free and paleo-friendly alternative to traditional bread. It's packed with flavor and perfect for sandwiches or as a side dish.
Ingredients: 1 medium head cauliflower, grated. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Grate the cauliflower into a bowl that can go in the microwave. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, then let it cool. After the cauliflower has cooled, put it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much water as you can. Add the almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper to a large bowl. Then add the cauliflower and mix them all together. Mix well. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the cauliflower mixture out so it makes a rectangle shape that is about 1/2 inch thick. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is golden brown and firm to the touch. Let the cauliflower bread cool down a bit before cutting it up and serving it.
