I’m of the opinion that it’s a crap shoot.

If you hadn’t assigned a specific meaning to each wick before you enacted your spell then it’s kind of up to you.

That and having working in retail as a candle specialist makes me skeptical of assigning too deep of meaning to anything you didn’t previously assign meaning to. Make sense?

What I will say of the little in pyrography/pyromancy I’ve delved into, it’s not necessarily the size (if you. Again, didn’t assign specific meaning to each wick) but more the stability of the flame and the amount of soot/ash.

If no soot appeared or minimal at best, I’d take that as the spell is going to go off easily.

If there was a ton of soot, there may be obstacles you will interact with in The course of the spell.

The other thing I mentioned was the candle flame itself. If (regardless of size) the flames were stable and did not/hardly wavered while burning...a good omen.

If they wavered consistently regardless of size, and without outside influence (opening a door or window) the. You’ll encounter obstacles.
