i don’t typically listen to tiktok tarot readers but all of them have been saying to learn how to some sort of divination. literally every tiktok tarot reader that pops up on my fyp has been saying some iteration of it.
i’ve also been really wanting to learn something a little more detailed than the pendulum
so
i bought some playing cards and dice today, bout to be in my divining bag 💪🏾
Last night I asked my dice if we'd get snowed in today, and it said no, which turned out to be true.
Earlier I asked if it I'd get sent home early tonight due to the winter storm, and it said yes, so I guess we'll see if that ends up being true tonight :)
Edit: They did, they sent us home only an hour into our shift
The dice is right again
Brewing up a big pot of 💛 ginger tea 💛 today (because it's good for you, I'm obsessed with it, and I will probably use some to make a few cups of my lovely spicy ginger and lemon tea). The kitchen smells divine, and I'm going to take the time whilst the tea brews to throw some dice. 🎲✨
The other day, right before I went to work, I decided that just for the fun of it, I'd ask my dice if I'd have an easy day at work
It landed on 5, which means no, but it definitely felt like a pretty firm no
Sure enough, when I got to work, I had to eat part of my packed lunch to avoid sugar crashing, and then immediately was launched into a rush that lasted all day
Sometimes we have down time when customers aren't ordering at the moment, but we didn't have that at ALL the other day, it was full screens and orders every minute until I clocked out at 9 pm, then my coworkers had to deal with it
The bun station only really requires one person most of the time, sometimes two people during the lunch rush, but we had three people on the bun station and we were still struggling and having to restock around people so they didn't run out of ingredients
It was rough, and the dice definitely didn't lie lol

talking to dice again
I want to redo my pinned soon :
second pass on my rules,
update list of tools (remove a few, add a bunch new),
add details about each tool (good at general readings or needs a question ? needs a bigger pull and more time to interpret ? indicator if i want extra practice with a tool ? allows for clarifier(s) ?),
let people ask questions about my tools,
After i have a new pinned it should be easier to offer regular free readings, please look forward to it !
Do you have any rules about people selling readings of your DND dice divination methods? As in... would you prefer people not or anything like that?
Sorry it took me a while to answer this.
So I can't stop anyone from selling anything. What you do is up to you.
What I would offer is some perspective. If you're interested in giving readings to other people there are usually two main reasons - you think it'll be quick/straightforward money or you want to serve people with your gift.
If it's the first, your readings are going to be buckshot. Some will land, most won't but you won't feel that and other people will be too nice to say anything negative (usually). Ego driven readings - to look good in front of others, to only make money - they generally suck in my experience.
If it's the second, then I'd ask yourself if you've really studied dice divination deeply enough to genuinely be of service to your community. Given that I put out my oldest dice divination set of meanings about 6 years ago, it is possible. But personally, I did not feel comfortable taking any kind of payment for my readings for at least the first 5 years I was studying.
I originated these methods and I still don't take payment for them. I will use them to supplement an existing reading it it feels right but other than that they're strictly personal/experimental still.
So all I can say is it's up to you. What kind of diviner do you want to be? That's really the choice you're making at the end of the day. What I prefer really has very little to do with that.
