#alpha green

As many may know, once again this year I participated in a Gloomverse based artfight, and this is one of the images from that!

I was playing around with a piece of opal and had an idea so that's how this image came about! Not exactly a fancy way to come up with something but inspiration strikes when it wants to haha

The heroes, Green, Red, Blue, Vio, and Shadow, win against Vaati and Ganon however Vaati survives the fight and is found unconsious by the heroes who end up taking him with them so they can keep an eye on Vaati while they figure out what too do with the mage. They slip on a bracket or anklet onto Vaati to stop him from using his magic.

Next thing Vaati knows is that he's waking up in a bed that isn't his and he can't use his magic. He soon finds out that he is in custody of the heroes and won't be leaving anytime soon. Now Vaati had been using a mixture of spells and potions to suppress and cover his omega nature with that of an alpha so that Ganon and other villians would take him seriously and wouldn't try to take advantage of him. Without his magic it only take a couple weeks for any effects to wear off and send him into a heat that has been delayed for years and won't be going away anytime soon.

Headcannon time!

Omegas in this universe have the more traditional heat, where they get extremely horny and clingy to their pack. BUT if an omega does not feel safe with the pack surrounding them they become almost feral, extremely paranoid and fearful of anyone approaching their nest. A scared omega also has a very distinct scent.

So when Vaati does go into heat he crams himself into a closet surrounded with blankets and refuses to let any of the heroes near him, even to accept food.
