So🤔I encountered an issue recently that caused me to rethink one of my last posts on my #blog (link in bio); 'THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO WIN? NO. YOU DON'T WANT TO WIN.' It's funny 🙃because I believe that there are people who go out of their way to tarnish your image, or to slander your character. I truly do believe that there are people who are blind to individual growth and achievement, and they make deliberate moves in order to suppress another's dream. But I would like everyone to be aware of the fact that no one can hold your dreams in their pocket for too long. And no one else—but you and who/whatever you deem as god—has power over your destiny. So believe in yourself. Keep winning. Keep striving. People may not want you to win, but people are people. Human. Weakened, at times, by their own desire. And set back, at others, by their own perspective and personality. Sometimes brittle even in their strength, and stupid in their wisdom.
