3 shit posts in a day woaahhh. . I did an all-nighter guys. Anyway i'm working on another fanfic 😇

preparations

- plan whatchu gonna do

- get some snacks like complex carbs and protein NO SUGAR NEVER SUGAR

- HYDRATE. like even if you're gonna be having coffee or monster or whatever WATER IS IMPORTANT

ambience

- if the room is dark you'll fall asleep (+ could even develop eyesight problems. zero stars would not reccomend)

- if you're warm you'll be too comfy and you'll fall asleep (unless it's boiling hot then it's ok. uncomfortable is good for your goal)

- no relaxing music or guess what you'll fall asleep

- like seriously don't trust yourself too much you could fall asleep at any given moment even if you think you're so tuff or whatever

caffeine thing

don't go straight into downing whatever energizing substance. dose it. please.

movement

every hour or couple hours you gotta get up and walk around and stretch. if you do pushups or crunches or stuff like that it's gonna keep you awake but i know you won't ya lazy fuck

for focus and to avoid boredom

divide whatever you have to do in tiny portions. if you have multiple tasks switch between them instead of doing them in order. you may make exceptions if you reached flow state or are hyperfocused or any of those terms

food

same as caffeine. if you're gonna snack (i'm not saying it's a bad idea btw) try to rationalize it.

DON'Ts

- DON'T try to lay in bed.

- DON'T be on the internet or any screen unless strictly necessary or for your tasks.

this is the devil speaking. if you want success you'll have to steal it from his hands.

important note

if you have the option, never make it a whole all-nighter. only a most-nighter.

like seriously try to get some sleep even if it's just 20 minutes.

say, if you usually/haveta wake up at seven go to bed at six thirty (example)

it's more healthy plus if you were studying it helps your brain to process info
