Think Alfred definitely should start with Bruce. That way it's almost... more normalized for them. Takes a certain level of cognitive dissonance for Batman to be accepting of Alfred fucking kids, especially his kids, when every night he's rallying against this exact same sort of criminal. But to Bruce, Alfred's not like them. He doesn't mean any harm. He's a good man. Practically Bruce's father. He never intentionally hurt Bruce, therefore it's fine. Bruce trusts Alfred to be just as diligent with the kids.

usually bruce knows whats in it, knows that alfred has a little secret compartment in the kitchen filled with various medicines, poisons, and two vials of some of ivy's best pollen for days like today

sometimes he manages to catch him by surprise, though

he takes the cup without looking at alfred, drinks a large gulp without thinking because he's more thirsty than he thought- but then he stops because it's sweeter than usual

his first thought is never nights like these, it's always that some outside force is controlling his butler, but as he goes rigid with anxieties, alfred just takes the mug from his hands and waits until bruce's eyes are on him to take a drink from it himself, right over the same spot his wards lips were a moment before

sometimes days like this are annoying, pulls him out of his work too much- but he knows from experience that alfred will get him to submit one way or another, with whatever drug or tranquilizer he has to use, and that it really is for his own good in the end

he still loves to pretend to put up a fight, even when the pollen is starting to burn him up, he’ll get up to throw the first punch and earn himself being thrown to the ground for it. struggle with his old man until they’re both bruised and have bloody noses, because its sweeter, rougher, when he tells alfred he doesn’t want it

when it’s forced onto him and into him, when hes held down and saying no, when he’s telling him how horrible he is for making him take it

alfred knows what he really means, what he needs, knows to tell him to shut up and be a good boy for once in his life and let him get his fill (its really a wonder what pollen does for the old mans stamina and how long he can go)

afterwards, when bruce is too fucked stupid to argue with him, & the pollen has made them both too tired to continue, alfred will take care of them both like he always does, never whispering anything too sweet, but still being gentle and getting bruce into one of the beds in the cave they have for nights like this so they can sleep together

the entire time, he'll move his hands to a wound just to press against it enough to make bruce whine from the pain, then move to the next one on his body, telling him "i wouldnt be able to hurt you this much if you'd been more careful like i asked"
