I wanted to explore ways to develop the look and feel of my line art, and this portrait is a quick test using elliptical brushes with a bit of noise (I've just used basic round brushes for a long time now)... I'm surprised at the difference just the brush shape alone makes though!
I'll keep experimenting until I find something I like well enough to use for larger pieces. What do you think? I'm happy to hear comments and suggestions!Â
