DAY 6 • TREAT DAY 🍩🍪🍨🍰🧁 Did you get your treat today? What is your favorite goodie? Charlie, my 12 year old son, made gluten free cookies and boy oh boy they were yummy! I ate them along with my pink drink after lunch. I don't believe in deprivation, but I want to keep my eating sustainable to last the long haul. F R I D A Y • Brought to you by a very tired mom (that has been hovering over 3 boys in 3 grades to make sure they are doing their classwork from home), a field trip to see a horse (that is much larger than our pony dog) and some PE as got outside to go on a long hike to exercise (and wear them out even more so they go to bed early!)
