what about a short drabble where aruji was raised to be polite, so they almost act like a butler towards the butlers? As in aruji likes to hold the door open for them, or pull out their chair, or give them snacks when they notice them working hard?
i feel it suits berien the best, but if you think it fits another butler more, then that works too :>

“Arujisama, please allow me!”
“No, no, the pleasure is mine, please go ahead!”
You saw Berrien carrying a bag of groceries he got from the market, and immediately, you held the door open for Berrien.
“T-thank you very much, Arujisama…!” Berrien nodded his head politely, as he breezed through the opened door. A sweet smile surfaced on his face, with a slight redness on his cheeks. “I shall brew you the newest Black Tea I’ve acquired from the store.”
“Would you need some help with brewing tea?”
You followed behind Berrien to the kitchen, your arms crossed behind your back, your shoulders widen with your back straightened.
“Perhaps, I could help with filling up the sugar cube container, or even make some madeleines for you?”
“Madeleines would be great to go with tea, I will make them for you, Arujisama.” Berrien placed the groceries in the respective baskets in the pantry.
You handed the fruits to Berrien. “I just thought Berrien might enjoy them, but I also wanted to help as well.”
“Fufu, thank you very much, Arujisama….” Berrien smiled tenderly when he received the fruits from you. He finished his organization and began to grab the flour, eggs, butter, vanilla and sugar for his madeleines. “You have helped me plenty, I wouldn’t want Arujisama to overexert yourself…after all, taking breaks are important and you are important to us, Arujisama.”
“I see…but I feel restless if I sit there and watch you guys at work…” You took the bowls, measuring cup and the metal pans out from the shelves. You knew exactly where they were because you had previously helped Lono and Bastien with washing and drying the dishes and putting them back in the drawers and shelves. “Perhaps, I could ask if Flure needs help with the laundry, or maybe Lamli with the cleaning, or maybe even I could help Haures get the tools he needs, or maybe even gardening for Ammon, or cleaning book shelves with Fennesz and…”
“…On a second thought, would it be alright if I ask you to help me to make the madeleines together, Arujisama?”
“It’ll be my pleasure.”

Berrien rolled up your sleeves from behind and helped you tie the apron.

You went behind Berrien and helped him rolled his sleeves. The closeness made Berrien nervous.
“A-Arujisama…?”
Then, you tied the apron into a neat ribbon for Berrien.

The delicious smell of madeleines filled up the entire kitchen.
“Fufu…the madeleines we made smelled even more delicious than when I made it by myself, it must have been because it’s made together with Arujisama.”
“Really? I only helped with the mixing…”
“It’s because Arujisama made sure that the batter isn’t undermixed nor overly mixed, and the mixture can be just right.”
Berrien used a thicker cloth to take out the hot pan. “Please take a look, Arujisama, the madeleines looked perfect. The outer layer is golden, and I’m certain that the inside layer is nice and airy.”
“They do look very delicious, thank you very much, Berrien.”
“I should be the one to thank you, Arujisama.”
Berrien already took out his tea set reserved for Arujisama, and set the black tea leaves in the cup placed on the beautifully designed saucer. Right beside the cup, there is a teapot filled with hot water, waiting for the perfect temperature to be poured.
Using a pair of metal tongs, you placed the madeleines neatly on the plate, and placed it on the long dining table, where you usually have your breakfast.
Berrien carried his tray of his tea set next to you, and also placed them on the table.
Before he pulled the chair for you, you already stood behind the chair and offered to pull it for him. “After you, Berrien.”
“Ah…Arujisama…! As a butler, I shouldn’t turn your kind offer down, however, I should not be permitted to be seated before you. Please allow me to offer you a seat as well.” He also stood behind the chair reserved for you and pulled. “Please allow me put in the chair for you.”
You placed your hand over your heart and bowed slightly. “Please allow me to help you too, Berrien, after all, Berrien is also the one who told me to rest too, right? Berrien should also remember to rest.”
