He was literally broken and mind controlled abuse victim, he was forced to type nonsense in his voice synthesizer without acknowledging the consequences of it, he thought that the pen was a normal pen with pigeons on them, but he found out it has donkey kong's abusive baboon wife's uterus that she gave him, she was a terrible person. Medic has memory loss because of the nazi soldier patient who he stole his skeleton from abused him, punched him so hard his mind broke entirely, he was grabbed from heaven by Satan while he hugged his dead family members, his 5 adopted dead children, and the little boy he took care of. The devil (pyro's biological father) did it because Classic heavy lied to the devil, telling him false allegations and information about him, because the tf2 devil was so stupid, he thought that it's true, but when he took medic's soul for a pen, he found out that Classic heavy 100% lied to him... he in the soul (which has all of tf2 medic's memories, and history. From his birth, to his death.)
