We’ve been asked to pick out our fav episode/title cards, so here goes :)

Legend of Korra: Book One, Episode 1

Bruh, this mawfucking KILLED me. Y’all know how much I love Korra, but...just SEEING all of them, in one place, kicking ass, about to start a brand new show...is honestly making me HELLA emotional. It’s just so fucking EPIC, and I love it <33 Thanks @ahhhsami :D

But for real, THANK YOU @masterkiddojinora and @ahhhsami for making AvatarRewatch such a blast, and for making bomb-ass, aesthetic-ass, motherfucking cool-ass cards to begin with! They’re SO dope, and attracted me to watching the episode <33

I’ve had the luck to be part of the @avatarrewatch and it was the best thing that happened this spring. Coming together as ATLA and LOK fans and watching the episodes together was amazing.

There are so many talented people and I’d like to thank two of those today for making the breathtaking episode cards for each episode we watched! So @masterkiddojinora and @ahhhsami thank you so much!

It was so hard to pick my favourites, but in the end I picked these four.

The Boiling Rock Part 1: I just love the cloud passing over the hot air balloon as well as the text. It just gives you this foreboding feeling, this atmosphere.

Sozin’s Comet, Part 2: The Old Masters: I love the Lion Turtle and its old wise wrinkly face and the White Lotus tile overlay. It just works really well together.

Beginnings, Part 1: This is such a good episode. I love how Korra and Wan are like mirror images in the card connected by Raava. Such a good imagery.
