Friend Folio: Agyra
One of the things I love most about Pathfinder is the breadth of settings and tones available to a GM. If you want your underground lairs and scaled quadrupeds with wings and breath weapons, you're good to go; if you want to run horror (and can ignore the weirdness around the sanity mechanic), Pathfinder's got you covered; and if, for some reason, you're looking for some late-medieval tokusatsu...
Agyra is a kaiju, yes, a capital-K Kaiju, without any sort of subversion or cynicism. Kaijus can be summoned, awakened, sung to. They have rivalries with one another. At the same time, these monsters and the destruction they cause are taken quite seriously, never forgetting that when you're a big monster playing around in a city, people will get killed. Mechanically, this is probably either going to be a "work around the monster" style fight or a Mythic capstone to the campaign, just with another coat of paint - but g-d damn, isn't that coat what it's all about?
I don't know all that much about Rodan (which this is apparently, so I might not be the best person to talk hooks, here), but I'll try to come up with something.
In 1973 AC, the decidedly inland Historical Birminghill Province experienced a deadly hurricane coinciding with the appearance of an enormous avian monstrosity. Two and a half millennia later, the monster returns -- and with the advent of improved observation technology, the Adacien Empire can trace it back to the exact island it flew 4000-something kilometers from.
Amidst the fall of the bakufu system and expanding industrialization, Amemori Holdings is hoping to appeal the government for a mining permit on a remote colonial holding. As part of the process, a team of mercenaries are contracted to protect the surveyor team. The pay's not much, but the job isn't gonna be that bad -- surely, the security can deal with a few overgrown animals, right?
By the end of the Battle of Bariracay Island, nobody has what they wanted. Yikvi's Lost Horn has been smashed to pieces, and the one who did it (The Infamous Cualli Laguna) didn't even live long enough to be smug about it; the 6th Infernal Legion has been twice-decimated, once by their enemies, once by a furious Moloch; the Xallini Navy has lost half its men and a third of its ships, including the XRS Erinye; and the explosion from the Horn's destruction has devastated Bariracay's tribes and awakened the dreaded Agyra. At least the party has a flight home -- if they don't get shaken, pushed, or blasted off their less-than-pleased kaiju mount by the remaining belligerents.

Tale of Mastic Trees As leaving from Cesme shore and sailing on the Aegean Sea, I looked on for some traditional and local things in Chios Island and just found out that however the mastic trees (which is the local product of Chios) can grow anywhere where the climate provides average humid and warmth but they don’t give mastic gums in any other place but Chios. Mastic is called the tears of tree; so, I had my first question for the first night to ask a local random friend. I found the answer in the most delicious restaurant ‘Agyra’ in the neighbourhood I stayed where I was welcomed so warm and heartedly. “So; why do the trees cry?”
