Una sola gota bastará para sanarme

curarme las heridas

que no se me ven a simple vista,

pero brotan desde la profundidad del abismo

cuando todo me da pena y no encuentro el alivio

solo en el néctar del aguardiente

una sola gota bastará.

¿Me abrigará en las noches de invierno?

Una sola gota es todo lo que pido

y sería perfecta compañía

sosteniendo conversaciones necias

sobre amores peligrosos y amistades vacías

de la víctima que se enfrenta a mi reflejo.

Es una pena que solo necesite de una gota,

porque me tomaría toda la botella.

y sin abrigo

de una noche sin compañía

y solo su néctar me podría bastar

del aguardiente, una sola gota

Aguardiente Cocktail!

Aguardiente, coconut or panela syrup, mole bitters, and a grapefruit twist in a relatively low alcohol cocktail with complex flavor!

Ingredients:

3 ounces Colombian aguardiente

.5 ounces mole bitters

1 bar spoon coconut or panela syrup

grapefruit bitters

grapefruit twist

Instructions:

Gather tools and ingredients - You'll need a jigger, a coctial shaker, and the cocktail ingredients.

Mix the ingredients - Add cocktail ingredients - aguardiente, mole bitters, and coconut syrup - to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into an appropriate glass.

Serve - Garnish with a grapefruit twist, and shake 3 to 4 drops of grapefruit bitters.
