Your post about LGBT media is really on the nose, but I like the addition of why identify as it if you don't partake in it? I identified as bisexual for years but I was never in a same sex relationship, and that made me question a lot, because if I wasn't proving to myself that I was actually bisexual, then was I really? I don't think people have to proce they're gay but it doesn't make sense to identify as such and not actually partake in the lifestyle. Anyone can partake in the culture and identify as whatever they want, but actually living the life is what makes someone gay. Big difference between the culture and the lifestyle.
