17.  Why do you think you connect to your muse?

I like to think that a trait we share is strong loyalty to our friends.  Loyalty has always been the trait I’ve admired most in people - loyalty to your friends, standing by them when they need you and being someone they can trust and depend on.  I feel like that’s a trait Ryuji embodies extremely well - he’s undoubtedly loyal to Joker and the Phantom Thieves and never once entertains the thought of betraying them in order to better himself.  At the same time, he’s not loyal to the point where his whole existence revolves around them, if you know what I mean? He’s got a life and his own individual sense of self too.  I also admire how he continued to look out for his former teammates, even after their poor treatment of him, I’d say that’s loyalty.

18.  What aspect of your muse’s personality is most important to you? What aspect of your muse’s personality do you think is most important to them? Is it the same? Why or why not?

I’d have to reiterate his loyalty - I mean yeah I think it’s great that he has his boldness and his own sense of individuality and honestly - those are all admirable and important traits to hold in a person, but I think I still view loyalty as the highest one.  Loyalty to me is standing by someone through better or worse and not expecting or demanding anything in return.  You’re loyal to your friends because you want to be and because you care for them as a person, not because you’re thinking of what you can get out of them or how you can use them.  Loyalty to me is accepting a person, flaws and all - caring about them enough to look out for them but also enough to actually tell them the truth, no matter how harsh that truth might be, because you want your friend to grow and improve as a person.

What Kind of Relationship

Ann is an exciting case as someone who has loved Kanji ever since his beautifully dim ass entered my life. She’s a curious case of someone that I can see being either romantic or platonic for Kanji with honestly very little difference in how they interact. She’s shown to have respect for people who can make things, especially things that are more on the creative side (i.e. her initial respect for Madarame and her continued interest in Yusuke’s art). She’d honestly be one of the first women he ever encountered unlikely to have a negative reaction to finding out about his talents, instead offering her his support, which would in turn create a ring of affection and support from which they would both attempt to elevate one another.

🥝  : does my muse have any  ‘ unusual ’ habits, interests,  and / or talents? do they hide it,  or are they proud of it?  

If you can call being able to eat an entire cake in one sitting an unusual talent, then yes; she does. Ann can also touch her nose with her tongue! (Though she doesn't scream that to the rooftops, she is not ashamed of it, either.)

🍎  : how stable is my muse’s mental health?  have they been diagnosed with any mental illnesses and  / or conditions? do they have any undiagnosed mental illnesses and  / or conditions? do they or should they attend therapy?  

Ann is rather stable, mentally speaking (that is one of her strengths, emotional and mental resilience; she stays positive through trials and bounces back stronger almost every time). However, while she has not been diagnosed, I firmly believe that due to bullying and isolation during her younger years, Ann has mild depression; especially since her parents were often (and still are often) away and she didn't really have any adults she trusted to confide in. And because of what happened to her and Shiho thanks to Kamoshida, Ann ABSOLUTELY needs therapy (and she does get to confide in Dr. Maruki in Royal but I'm a liiiiiiiiiittle iffy on it cuz I feel she opens up to him a little too quickly- but she IS very emotionally intelligent so perhaps she sensed she could trust him)

🍅  : how does my muse feel about plastic  / cosmetic surgeries & procedures? is it something they have done or would do?  do they mind if others do it?  

Ann is rather turned off by plastic surgery if it's merely used to make oneself look "prettier", she thinks that is vain and a waste of money; and she would never get it herself. The only circumstance she'd be okay with it is if it were used for facial reconstruction (say somebody was in an accident and very badly burned, for instance). Ann doesn't mind if others do it per say, (getting it for vain purposes) but she would not be shy to voice her opinion that she thinks they're fine just the way they are.

Family is something of a touchy subject for the Emperor. Not in that it’s traumatic, no, but that it’s still something of a sore spot, having only fairly recently divined the meaning behind his father’s final message to him. His mother, wholeheartedly, purely loving him despite all of his flaws and aggression, is his anchor in all things he does. His father, holding faith in his bumbling son throughout all his days until the end, is how Kanji measures himself. His family plays such a large role, even subconsciously, in what he does and he wouldn’t have it any other way.

Recently, he’s come into a second family, one of choice; not one of blood. His senpai, his other two classmates, the weird bear man, Nanako and even Dojima. A new family, with new dynamics and desires, with new hopes and expectations of him, that he refuses to let down. Anything in his life, be it his mind or his body, would be theirs should they only say they need his help. He knows that the exact same could be relied on from them in his situation.

Emma thought it was a little strange how many famous students went to Shujin Academy, herself included. There was Haru Okumura, the daughter of one of the richest men in Japan, and there was also Ann Takamaki, a model who has done projects overseas.

Emma envied Ann, to a small degree. Not harsh envy that inspired hatred and competitiveness, but a small pang that was only occasionally felt. What she was jealous of was Ann’s mature charm. That was something Emma could barely grasp, even in her few years off idol work. Emma’s talents didn’t lie in a mature persona, but rather in a innocent one that her fans adored. But she didn’t want to be viewed as an innocent idol, she wanted to be mature just like Ann!

At first it was just light observing, seeing how Ann would act with friends or acquaintances, but Emma needed a more hands-on approach. Which is how she found herself walking up to Ann in the cafeteria, a wanting smile on her face.

“Ann-senpai?” She asked, trying to get the other’s attention. “May I talk to you for a second?”

Oh man, let’s see... the first muse I ever had was probably one on neopets? like i used to just kind of like makeup Harry Potter ocs for the neoboards, lol. My first rp muse here on tumblr though was Saki Konishi! I still have her blog and occasionally still use it ; v ; 

💔 - What’s something you dislike about your muse?

So, Kawakami came through for him yet again. Really, he was thankful that she was able to make free time like this in other classes by using that PA trick, though he wasn’t sure how she got away with it so often.Though, he wasn’t going to question it, no reason to. With that, he started to bring out what seemed like a random assortment of the items they collected all throughout the metaverse. Putting his book up to cover the right side of the class, he started to get to work.
