Hi! I’m neurodivergent and beginning to learn about systems/plurals. Do you have suggestions on where/how I can learn more? I’m also particularly interested in understanding nonhuman alters and ageslider alters. I know basically nothing. Thank you :)

Hrmm I really liked watching DID youtubers such as DissociaDID, they really helped me learn. But for the majority of the time I'd go through the didosdd tags on tumblr and just read a lot. Also just looking stuff up online.

Nonhuman alters are just literally anything not human. Mythical creatures, animals, objects, etc.

And agesliders, I watched a video a while back about this, but I suppose it got deleted ): . But it's like alters that change ages but they're still the same alter. For me, it's like we're slightly different versions of ourselves. We just have certain memories and trauma surrounded by certain ages in our life, so we just ageslide. Not every alter is going to be one though.

I just saw aspecifically agere post including the term so here's my reminder that "age-slider" is plural exclusive. Singlets, even regressors, cannot be age-sliders. Even if it's to a different younger age, you're just regressing, and agesliders aren't inherently children either, they can slide exclusively between ages older than their body.
