Playful with elastic bands. Today I tried to teach a patient how to retract her shoulder blade as part of their rehabilitation program I have built for her. We are all freak controls and it shows through excessive manipulation of the deltoid muscle. The balistic component of the Shoulder instead of creating the ever flow indirect postural intent from the COM. I am creating here the bridge between the shoulder blades protractors & rectractors, every time focusing on a single component and use in concentric / eccentric... than switching.
