Twitch Streamer Cheerio was working on this super cute shell so some of us wanted a shot at it. My concept was a somewhat kitsch, retro cat lover - and of course his feline friend.

I had so much fun building, and for these lots, I was inspired by a couple of brazilian exposed blocks homes I found on Pinterest (I’ll link each inspiration to its respective build below!)

Since this neighborhood is basically all sand and surrounded by water, I made sure to fill each building with fountains and plenty of plants – especially harvestable trees, which are a must for me! I think they add a bit more realism to the game (and even though gardening in the game can be a pain, I just love it).

With all the game updates over the last few months, I took the opportunity to clean up my mods folder and tried building these lots with minimal CC. For the main structures, I’ve only added CC windows and doors, so they’re mostly unfurnished for now, but I’ll eventually post updates on these houses! All of them have the Eco Lot trait and the Reduce and Recycle challenge.

Think it turned out pretty well. :)

So basically the situation with these townies is there's Cédric (in the bowling shirt) who lives with his teenaged sister Jéssica and his boyfriend Tiago, and they also have a cat.
