Bella Goth got autumn depression from all the dark rustic at Villa Ophelia. Fearing that she might run away forever, Mortimer had the mansion renovated in a more modern style. For this he used objects from EA and from Hel Studio. Also integrated are objects from collaborations between Hel Studio and Milja Maison (courtyard kitchen), Sundays (April Set) and SimspirationBuilds (Santorini). 

Hel Studio is retired and no longer offers her content. If you are a true fan of hers like me and own all her content, put your complete Hel Studio folder into your mods folder (and the collaboration-cc). Do all batchfixes. Find the house “What The Hel” in the gallery and download it. Then use the Sims Tray Importer.  Of course you can decorate the house differently.

Interior and Exterior Design of Aggressive Kitty’s Little Tuscany

Aggressive Kitty created this beautiful Tuscan property. I furnished the empty house and added a balcony and a terrace with an infinity pool. Wine tastings can now be carried out in a cozy atmosphere on the forecourt. The house is not available for download as it is not entirely my creation.

This house is made for a family with two boys (or girls who like dinosaurs :-)). 

Just imagine: you lie in the bathtub and watch the fireflies buzzing around the inner courtyard tree and you can see who is having dinner right now and at the same time you can see who ist jumping on the trampoline in the garden behind the dining room and you watch your familiy members exercising on the first floor and at the same time you know who is watching TV on the ground floor or who is in the study - all without leaving the bathtub AND NOBODY SEES YOU! Illusion is an elegant home for a family with two children. When  designing this house, I was inspired by the film “Deadly Illusions”. To be honest, I don’t like the film, but I love the house, especially the outside aerea with the white walls and the beautiful birch trees.

Terrazzo - Impressions

Hello, I am Penelopecatty and I am originally German, but live in Switzerland. Because of my demanding job and my family, I have little time to be creative, but I want to share my few works with you and hope you enjoy them.

My Sims 4 buildings are fully functional and go through all batch fixes up to the time of the upload. I use the k-hippie-5505-terrain mod, LUUMIAs No Blue V2 and No Glo V2 mod and the twinkletoes lightning mod from softerhaze.

Always use the moveobjects cheat before placing my houses.
