I have been wanting to try out a few music mods for some time now, hence all of the stages in past builds. It is only right to use those as promotional stops and introduce record labels to my save!

I'm excited to make the artists, execs, musicians, producers, etc.!!

Hotel WIP -- I'm not sure of what I want to name it yet. Maybe a play on 'Del' since I did some word play with 'Sol' for the record label??

4 of 7 floors are accessible. I have a modified notepad doc that stops my camera from jumping every which way.

The height of some of the apartments in San Myshuno are higher than the height limit for players. We should have BEEN had the ability to create skyscrapers without using smoke and mirrors.

Since it was BBQ Day, it was only right to throw a celebratory cookout. Two of the med grads did not make it. However, families of everyone at the white coat ceremony received invitations.

(Marissa Ahmed - Long time family friend. The Ahmeds and Zaidis became friends while their daughters, Savannah and Charlotte, were infants.)

With a distinguished degree in Biology, from the University of Britechester, Savannah pursued further education and is now entering the medical field.

After 5 years of wading through the sea of my unfinished WIPs, this build is finally done! (Until I move households in and start to decorate their units.)

I have been contemplating about sharing this for some time now. Have even gone as far as to post and delete a few times as well. ((haha)) 5 years deep into both of my gameplay saves, I want to formally introduce my longest standing legacy. 15 generations and counting, The Zaidis.

F A M I L Y T R E E

Yes, I played EVERY single one of these generations with aging turned on. The only one that started off as a young adult is the founder, Evelyn.

B A C K S T O R Y

The Zaidis are in both my main/forever save AND my original gameplay save. The original save is where the 15 generations are being played out. The main/forever save is where I took my favorites, gen 6 through 8, and decided I wanted to play out their stories a bit more drawn out, i.e. with aging off.

Though the Mother Plant was defeated, the aftermath had left the citizens of Strangerville uneasy. A lot of townfolk moved out, leaving nothing but empty homes and a dried up economy. However, the extremely low costs have been attracting some new eyes. Like those of the chief of staff, Dr. Alexis Bernard.

Alexis and her husband took interest in its gated community. It was a nice change of pace from the city life. Little did they know that the sketchy mayor was about to use their job titles, as the doctor and engineer, to bring new life to Strangerville. This time, less extraterrestrial.

Rose being the National Leader meant that she now had private transportation everywhere. She cannot go anywhere without people crowding around her ((not even joking)). Her bodyguards took on additional roles.

Here is my personal setup for Nordhaven! I have been wanting to build up the world since 'Businesses & Hobbies' was released.

Have to go in to replace a bit as I do not own the majority of the Sims 4 collection. It is mainly the kits. I only have 6 out of 59???!!! **stops self from ranting about how this community is TOO compliant while simultaneously being shocked at why the game is where it is now... the outrage vs. sales is not correlating** :)

Welcome to (S)ASA, Sims Aeronautics and Space Administration!

Located in Evergreen Harbor, the SASA mission is to combine intelligence and the extraterrestrial experience to usher in a new age of living.

The research and training facilities are currently completed. Though the technology is new, the 'reuse and recycle' initiative is not. All abandoned materials have been efficiently repurposed. This gives the SASA grounds a familiar, yet fresh, appeal.

Guess who finally started the interior for her 5 year old WIP? LOL

(I had something started from 2021 BUT it wasn't to my 2026 standard.)

This means that I'm officially focusing on Del Sol Valley. My Museum of Space will be worked on, in the background, while I complete that Batuu aspiration to do an accurate exhibition for it.

[Zinnia has now experienced consequences for the very first time. She had not grasped that having a science baby, as apart of her senior thesis, meant she had to care for said baby afterwards.]

Unlike the other 4 lots for my astronaut facility in Evergreen Harbor, this one will be completed over time. The plan is to complete in-game aspirations as a way to make sure that these exhibitions make sense. Specifically, with Batuu. I have been to Sixam a few times but do need a refresher.

Tbh... I'm in no rush! It will get done within this year though LOL
