I have drawn this Agamerion before, but I made the mistake of drawing the abdomen/gaster too big in the original drawing. I tried to fix it and make it look more accurate. I hope I was successful.

Some of you were quite intrigued by my wasp illustrations from the meme I made, and were wanting to know the names of each one. I decided to add the chart with names included for a better understanding. If anyone wants to know more about one in particular, drop a comment in the comment section and I'd be happy to share more info!
This is not a completed piece of art. I plan on drawing more cool wasps and eventually making a poster. I've just been going through a hard time recently, and I haven't had as much inspiration. Depression is hitting me a bit. Here are all the ones I've done so far. If anyone has a suggestion for a very obscure, specific, and weird wasp, let me know! You might spark my inspiration and motivation!
Move out of the way Chrysidids, make way for this male Agamerion sp., (Lyciscidae)! This rainbow wasp was formerly placed in the Cleonyminae, which used to be placed in the Pteromalidae. I first discovered this wasp when I was volunteering at the CNC. I came across a pinned specimen and I was blown away.
